The "Slide-Ezzz" Sliding Door Repair Kit is for sliding glass patio doors that don't slide good at all due to a worn out sliding door track, worn out sliding glass door rollers or both.
By putting a hard, Teflon impregnated, specially formed, slippery plastic on the corners of the sliding door and glueing down a hard, flat, slippery plastic on the door track or theshold, the sliding door then slides plastic on plastic.
The Teflon impregnated material used for the "Corner Brackets" was originally designed for very abusive applications, such as chain guides. Therefore, the "Kit" should last FOR YEARS!
No need to remove existing sliding glass door hardware!
The door will SLIDE LIKE NEW! QUIET TOO!
** Kit can be usually be INSTALLED IN AN HOUR OR LESS - - - - - WITHOUT REMOVING THE DOOR! ** Just slide the plastic under the door and glue on. Put the pieces on the corners of the door and screw on. That's it. Your done!
REPAIRS MOST SLIDING GLASS DOORS!
Just read this tesimonial from David Herz, one of our satisfied customers:
Just wanted to send feedback, I purchased your product several months back and installed it. I've thought many times of sending my thanks, and just got to it today. This repair kit has been a life saver. Our slider was quite a workout just to open and close. Was going to repair an otherwise decent door, but with a stucco exterior this meant having to re-stucco and probably re-paint the whole rear part of our house just to get everything to match up. The installation was a breeze, was complete in about 20 minutes and the door glides effortlessly and silently. Brilliant product, and I'd recommend to anyone in need of a smoother slide. Saved me easily a couple thousand dollars or more. Thank you!

2 - 8 foot long, hard slippery flat plastic "Tracking Strips"2 - Specially formed Teflon impregnated "Corner Brackets"8 - shims for adjustment1 - Tube of Quick Grip Glue4 - Self drilling Phillips Head screws
Teflon impregnated "Corner Brackets" only come in black and use the existing roller rail as a guide so the door slides straight. Shown here with shims and screws.
"Tracking Strips" or the hard, slippery plastic strips that are glued to the threshold come in either black or white.
Kit includes all the parts, including screws and ahesive, to repair one standard sliding glass patio door up to 8 feet in length.
Additional "tracking strips" can be ordered for sliding patio doors longer than 8 feet in length.
There is no need to order or use any other type of sliding door replacement hardware when using the "Slide-Ezzz" Sliding Door Repair Kit.
IMPORTANT PRODUCT NOTES:
The "Tracking Strips" are 1/8 inch thick and the "Corner Brackets" are 1/4 inch thick. Therefore you will need 1/2 inch of room (giving 1/8" of "slop margin") between the flat portion of the threshold or sliding door track and the bottom of the sliding door to install this kit. Pick up on the sliding door and measure to make sure there is enough room.
NOT recommended for lower level beachfront sliding doors as the wind blows the sand against the sliding door and on the sliding door threshold track causing the sliding door to be hard to slide. Parts will also tend to prematurely wear. Use the "Slide Guides" instead.
Product also DOES NOT WORK on doors with a "U" shaped frame as the "Corner Brackets" need a flat surface on which to be adhered.
